Our past experience has demonstrated that you shall achieve profit above your cost of subscription within a 12 month period. This is provided that your account is reasonably funded and a favorable market condition persist during the said period. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

All Subscription Fees paid are non-refundable, encashable, or transferable whatsoever. Please read our Terms and Conditions on our Subscription Agreement for more information.

Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade your Subscription Packages at any time you wish. However, you must make give us at least 3 months advance notice via email before the expiry of your current Subscription Package so we can prepare to ensure a smooth transition of your Subscription Package.

3 months prior to the expiry of your Subscription, a notice of renewal will be sent to your email. And upon full payment of the required renewal fees, a new set of the same algorithms with a new expiry date will be sent to your email and you shall download them with the same file name to your MT4/MT5 platform and trading shall continue seamlessly till the next renewal.    

Yes. You may decide to stop your subscription before the expiry of your current Subscription Package. You may choose not to inform us if that is what you wanted. However, there will not be any refund whatsoever as your current Subscription Package shall continue to work until its expiry date.

We practice 3 Subscription Packages - Bronze, Silver, and Gold for you. Please choose your Subscription Package(s) and subscribe accordingly. You may subscribe to as many of our Subscription Packages as you want.

No. Our trading algorithms are coded specific to each of your trading account number. This means that they can only be used in those specified accounts. 

Yes. You shall choose one Currency Pair of your choice excluding JPY pairs for each subscribed Package, and we will code it accordingly into your algorithms. Once coded, changes to the Currency Pair are NOT allowed.

We are using the MT4 and MT5 Trading Platform from MetaQuotes. Therefore, for your trading platform to be compatible with our trading algorithms, your trading platform must be the MT4/MT5 platform from MetaQuotes. 

No. You will receive each of your subscribed trading algorithms in an encrypted format which you will download it to your MT4/MT5 platform before automatic trading can start in your account. You shall have the right of use but not the right of ownership of our algorithms during and after the period of your subscription.

Ideally, Yes. As we do not provide any technical or backend support to your account, you are expected to know the MT4/MT5 operating environment as far as algorithmic trading and Virtual Private Server (VPS) is concerned. However, should have any questions, you can always email us for help.  

No. We are a legitimate company and operate a legitimate business. As such, we do not guarantee our Clients any level of profits trading the FX markets with our suite of trading algorithms because it is against our work ethics and illegal under law.

Our Clients know and accept the fact that nothing is guaranteed in FX trading and there will be gains and losses in their accounts from time to time even with our suite of trading algorithms. They know any guarantee of profits in FX trading is probably a scam or Ponzi scheme. 

All Clients are advised to fund their accounts only with the money they can afford to lose and understand all the risks involved before subscribing to any of our Subscription Packages.

Yes. As long as it is a MT4/MT5 trading platform from MetaQuotes.  

No. You may open your trading account with any FX broker of your choice as long as it is a MT4/MT5 trading platform from MetaQuotes.

You may choose to open your live account with any of our partner broker here. The choice is entirely yours to make. 

While we are not able to answer this question on behalf on our partner brokers. However, we believe all Clients' funds are deposited into a segregated bank account as part of their regulatory process. The chief aim of a segregated account is to keep Clients' funds separated from broker's funds so that if broker goes out of business, all Clients' funds can be promptly returned. A segregated account also prevents broker from using Clients' funds for their own purposes. 

Yes. However, we set up the recommended capital requirement high so that you have the freedom of mind to go about with your life as our algorithms do the trading for you. This level of capital requirement ensures that you have a high level of margin to keep the potential of margin call at bay.     

No. We do not accept third-party payments or cryptocurrencies from our Subscribers. All payments must be made from the registered bank account of Clients to our corporate account. We support global efforts to combat money laundering, terrorism financing and proliferation financing.   

No. Our Clients do not need any cash incentives from us for their referrals. They refer their friends and relatives to us because they want them to benefit from our trading algorithms like they do. However, we do show our appreciation for their referrals in other non-cash manner.
